
Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your use of Whalio's paid services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from purchasing a subscription.
1. Subscription plans & payments
- Whalio offers various subscription plans with different features.
- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
- By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments according to your selected plan.
2. Billing & renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
3. Cancellation policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Canceling stops future charges, but no refunds are issued for the remaining period of a current subscription.
- Access to premium features remains until the subscription expires.
4. Refund policy
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing access to paid features (confirmed by support).
- Unauthorized charges (must be reported within 7 days).
Refund requests must be submitted via hello@whalio.co with proof of payment. We honor a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.
5. Changes to subscription plans
- Whalio reserves the right to modify pricing and features.
- Users will be notified of changes in advance.
- Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
6. Account suspension & termination
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension until payment is resolved.
- Violating Terms & Conditions may lead to subscription termination without refund.
