3. Registration & account

4. Payments & subscriptions

5. Gamification & rewards

• Users earn stars for successfully completing courses.
• Stars can be exchanged for bonus materials, discounts, or other privileges.
• The administration reserves the right to modify the reward system.

Whalio provides educational content; we do not provide financial, career, legal, or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on platform content.

7. Refund policy

Refunds are available in cases of technical issues caused by the platform. To request a refund, users must contact customer support.

8. Account deletion

Users can delete their account through profile settings. The platform may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms.
